only 5 mins from Waterville Village on The Ring of Kerry, and nearby to the world famous Waterville Golf Club.

Tastefully upgraded, including all modern conveniences. Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 single beds). All linen and towels included. Electricity at 15 cents per unit. Kitchen and sitting room are in an open plan format.

A new sun room at the back was added in 2002, and has greatly enhanced the facilities of this unique quaint property.
